He also mentored teams of tax professionals in the Pacific Southwest Region and managed complex projects. His career began in state government, and he brings both public accounting and corporate accounting expertise to REDW.

Education and Professional Memberships

Bauman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elizabethtown College. He is a licensed CPA in both Arizona and Pennsylvania and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA).
