Miles Elletson, an insider at Idaho-based Alloway Electric, has been sentenced to 52 months in federal prison for embezzling about $478,013 from his employer and causing $161,354 in tax losses to the IRS between 2017 and 2020. Using a fraudulent company and by controlling the entire transaction cycle, Elletson funneled funds into his personal accounts for personal expenses.
