Nike's CEO Elliott Hill has implemented a "Win Now" strategy to recover from a decline in demand and reconnect with its tradition of innovation, moving away from an over-reliance on its legacy products. Greater China's revenue dropped by 26% and Nike Direct's by 9%, putting pressure on the company to make organisational changes, cut further jobs and redesign its geographic structure, with an estimation to save approximately $2.5 billion through a restructuring program called 'Pace' by fiscal 2031.
