"What a complex subject, but very well explained by the instructor. It made me think about possible implications for unsuspecting foreign investors. Speaker has prepared a fantastic presentation. It has all the things that are required to understand the changes brought by TJCA.

The program was very good; however the lecture was really not covered in the final quiz; rather one had to read the rules. The written materials were somewhat convaluted. Finally, some of the final quiz questions had syntax errors that made, in some cases, none of the answers correct or two or more correct.
