CPE Requirements
80 hours every 2 even-numbered years.
License Renewal periodRenew your license by June 30th annually.
CPE Reporting Cycle
July 1 to June 30 annually.
Ethics Requirement
4 hours of ethics requirement must include 1 hour on Utah laws and rules, and 3 hours covering the AICPA Code, case-based learning, ethical dilemmas, or business ethics. 
Carry Over Credits
Max. 40 ethics hours can be carried over as general hours, but you must still complete 4 ethics hours each reporting period.
