Yes, MYCPE ONE provides over 1,300 hours of HRCI-approved (Approval no 714694) courses, covering a wide range of HR topics to help you fulfill your recertification requirements.


Effective January 1, 2021, all HRCI certificates must complete at least one hour of ethics training as part of their 60 RCHs for recertification.


Yes, HRCI allows you to earn all 60 RCHs through online courses, provided they are from HRCI-approved providers like MYCPE ONE.

MYCPE ONE offers a diverse selection of courses, including topics on HR strategy, compliance, employment law, talent management, and ethics, all designed to meet HRCI recertification standards.  

While you can earn all 60 RCHs through online courses, HRCI may have limits on certain formats. It's important to review HRCI's recertification policies to ensure compliance. 

After completing a course, you'll receive a certificate of completion. You can log into your HRCI account and submit the course details along with the certificate to apply the RCHs toward your recertification.  

Failing to recertify by your certification's expiration date may result in the suspension or revocation of your credential. To avoid this, ensure you complete all recertification requirements within the three-year cycle.
