Latest PDC Courses for SHRM Professionals

MYCPE ONE continually updates its HR RCH courses to provide current and relevant training for HR professionals. The platform offers a variety of courses covering topics such as compliance, employment law, and employee relations. Here are three of the latest offerings:

  1. HR Trends: Anticipated Changes for 2026 - This course explores key talent management trends for 2026 and strategies to help organizations succeed.

  2. Top Strategies to Lead and Engage Your Hybrid Team - Designed for emerging leaders, this webinar addresses engaging and motivating teams in a hybrid work environment and includes topics like identifying blind spots, team alignment, and accelerating leadership development.

  3. HR Compliance 101 - For New HR/Non-HR Managers - This course covers the basics of key employment compliance areas, including Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, employee relations, and workplace safety.

In recent years, the hybrid work model has become a part of the modern workplace. Managing the flexible workspace and creating policies and guidelines accordingly will become an organizational part of HR in 2025.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are emerging trends that will gain popularity in 2026, and as a leader, HR must set the right tone in the workplace for acceptance of equity and diversity.

More than creating and appointing new employees, it has become hard to retain the talents. HR professionals must focus on learning the art of retaining their employees.

With the increasing rate of stress, depression, and workplace burnout, professionals need to make a work-life balance to work effectively. HR needs to focus on employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being to empower them.

Technology and job roles are constantly evolving so training and career development will be the central stage in 2026. So, HR should create, share, and track training courses to improve productivity and increase retention rates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Professional Development Credits (PDCs) are units used by SHRM to measure continuing education activities. SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP credential holders must earn 60 PDCs within a three-year cycle to maintain their certification. These credits ensure that HR professionals stay current with industry standards and practices.

MYCPE ONE offers a variety of webinars that are qualified for SHRM PDCs, like Self-study courses, Live webinars, podcasts, and other programs. These include topics on HR strategy, compliance, laws, leadership, and more, allowing professionals to fulfill their recertification requirements conveniently online.

Yes, MYCPE ONE is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.

After completing a course, you will receive a certificate with an activity code. Log in to your SHRM Certification Portal, click on "Add PDCs," and enter the activity code to record your credits.

No, SHRM does not impose a limit on the number of PDCs earned through online education, provided the courses are from providers recognized by SHRM, like MYCPE ONE. This flexibility allows you to complete all 60 PDCs online if desired.

Course lengths vary, typically from 1 to 3 credit hours, corresponding to 1 to 3 PDCs. The exact duration specified in each course description.

Once you've accumulated 60 PDCs, log in to your SHRM Certification Portal, review your PDC history, update your personal information, agree to the terms and conditions, and pay the recertification fee to complete the process.

MYCPE ONE provides each user a dedicated dashboard where you can monitor your courses live and completed PDCs, helping you stay on track with your recertification goals.
