I’m Ramona Cedeno, a CPA, CFP, and CGMA with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. I founded FiBrick, an NYC-based firm offering fractional CFO services. I also host the podcast In Great Company and authored "Simple Choices Big Rewards in Money." My passion is bringing people together to build community and empowering business owners to create scalable businesses. Before FiBrick, I was the CFO of Handy and held leadership roles at Time Inc. and other Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and small businesses. As a tech-forward innovator, I've guided numerous startups through mergers, acquisitions, and funding rounds. I'm proud to mentor the Women Entrepreneurs of NYC (WENYC) and serve on the boards of the NYS Society of CPAs and the NYS Small Business Development Center (SBDC). I hold a Bachelor's in Accounting from Baruch College, a Master's in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Certificate in
