Hi, I am Melissa Hayes. I am the Business Manager for Associates In Accounting, CPA in Louisville, Kentucky. My father, Rick Fields, started the company over 40 years ago. In the last 10 years we have been able to work together, along with our excellent team, to scale the company for the next generation. We proudly serve clients in over 35 states within the US, offering comprehensive accounting and consulting services to small businesses and individuals. We have also grown our team and scaled our firm by hiring remote teams in three different countries. We are proud to have a team of majority women, that provides a workplace for flexibility and work-life balance. We love what we do and are thankful for the opportunity to better the lives of our clients and team members!

Our company is growing rapidly, paving the way for accounting firms that focus on helping small businesses and their owners. We focus on helping clients build their businesses through personal relationships, offering a variety of services. We offer tax preparation, financial statement preparation, payroll services, bookkeeping, software consulting, tax planning, business and strategic planning, compensation planning, succession planning, and retirement plan selection. We love the work we do and are excited for what the future of accounting holds.
