Hi, I am Dorian-Lee Velastegui. The HR Manager for Mendonca & Partners CPAs LLC. I have had over 5 years of experience working in the Human Resources and People field. One thing I love about working with the firm is being able to be a part of their Passion projects. Seeing the professionals do what they love day in and day out is rewarding. They give their all to our clients and make their business, our business. I am proud to be a part of a firm that is not afraid of growth, strategies, trying new things, and embracing the future. My skills include People operations and strategic planning. Working alongside our Controller, Rose Mary Campos, has given me the insight I need to grow the firm in the direction our clients need.

The firm has contributed growth and leadership by developing a new concept our alliance. They have collaborated with Crete Professional Alliance, a newly found management company where our firm Founder, Helder Mendonca, sits on the board to embrace change and modernizing Accounting. One of the biggest contributions the firm plans to make to the industry is fully embracing AI technology to assist with growing the firm.
