Randy Crabtree, co-founder and partner of Tri-Merit Specialty Tax Professionals, is a widely followed author, lecturer and podcast host for the accounting profession. Randy presents on a wide range of a topics including mental health awareness and burnout, the importance of a great company culture, and tax credits and incentives. He was named to Accounting Today's 2023 & 2024 "Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting", and 2024 “Top 30 Accounting & Bookkeeping Firm Owners to Follow” by Financial Cents. Since 2019, he has hosted the bi-weekly "The Unique CPA,".
