Professional journey, skills, and background

I 'm Shannon Hall. I've been working in the tax industry since 2008, beginning as an office manager and then moving on to become a firm owner and educator. My Long Beach, CA based firm serves clients with varied and exciting tax situations, and I am passionate about educating and empowering taxpayers. I have served on the board of directors of the California Society of Tax Consultants since 2019 and was named their member of the year for 2023-2024. I have spoken for numerous organizations at both state and national levels on a number of topics. I am endlessly fascinated by our tax code, and I love to take complicated topics and make them accessible and fun.
