I am the founder of Analytics-Based Performance Management LLC. My firm provides advisory services to organizations, consulting firms, and software vendors with their challenges to get started, implement, and leverage enterprise and corporate performance management (EPM / CPM) methods such as customer profitability analysis (using ABC), analytics, rolling financial forecasts, strategy maps, and balanced scorecards (KPIs). I am a 1974 Northwestern University Kellogg MBA with a 1971 Cornell University degree in operations research and industrial engineering. After my career’s first decade as a division controller for FMC-LinkBelt the next 30 years was as a consultant with Deloitte, KPMG, EDS (now part of HP), and SAS, the large analytics software vendor
