Hi, I'm Edi! I am a Workforce Development Consultant and Career Strategist, and proud Founder of Her Career Cafe — a company thoughtfully created to protect a space for Black Women to elevate their confidence, career and compensation. My journey extends 18 years in the field of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent & Acquisitions in HR roles at Fortune 100 companies.
