Hi, I am Jordan Hayes, Partner, Senior Accountant, and Operations Manager as Associates In Accounting, CPA. I have worked for the last 10 years to create systems to improve our internal efficiency and team communication. For the last 6 years, I have had the pleasure of leading our team across three different countries. Through the implementation of internal communication tools, consistent meeting schedules, clear points of contact, and workflow and project tracking software, I have united our team across multiple countries. My passion is to make sure that everyone on our team feels heard and has a clear understanding of what and how to do their jobs. I love connecting with each of our team members, both in the US and offshore, getting to know what makes them tick. I believe that teams thrive when people get to do what they enjoy doing at work.
