MYCPEONE is seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support professional to provide technical assistance, maintain system functionality, and support end-users—both on-site and remotely. This is a night shift role with cab drop facility provided after working hours.

 

Job Title: IT Support
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).
  • Offer remote IT support using remote access tools and platforms.
  • Must have Experience in Office 365.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff for complex issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to company IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and common IT tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, remote support tools, and basic networking.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle support tickets remotely.
