Minnesota CPA CPE Requirements Overview

CPE Requirements	120 hours for each three-year rolling period, with a minimum of 20 CPE credits per year.
License Renewal Period	December 31 Annually.
CPE Reporting Cycle	July 1 to June 30 annually.

Carry Over Credits	Minnesota CPA cannot carry forward credits in the next reporting cycle.
Subject Area Restriction	Minnesota CPA can earn a maximum of 60 CPE Credits from Non-Technical courses.
