Yes, Texas State Board allows courses completed via nano learning courses to count towards TX CPE requirements. A licensee may not claim more than 50 percent of the total CPE credits required in a three-year reporting period from nano-learning programs. The program sponsor must be approved by NASBA's National Registry of Continuing Professional Education Sponsors or NASBA's Quality Assurance Service. There is no carrying over of excess credits earned in a particular renewal cycle as per the Texas Board.
