Acktify is a small business that purchases goods from distributors across the United States and sells them directly to consumers through online marketplaces.
With a high-volume, low-margin business model, Acktify currently serves customers in the USA & Canada via Amazon, eBay, Walmart & Jet.com.
When Acktify faced significant financial control challenges surrounding the procure-to-pay cycle within the company, they chose MYCPE ONE to address their financial and operational obstacles.

“ There was no ERP system that would match prices to POs and receipts to invoice quantities. We didn't have it. I had an understaffed accounts payable team that was paying invoices and taking it on faith that the invoices were correct, which is really no way to run a business.
What I basically did, is build up an almost manual ERP system overseas with the offshore team. I have a group of six offshore staff who are really serving as Excel jockeys to a degree. They're doing tasks and analytics to validate invoices and support the approval cycle. ”
