Presenter was clear and concise upon his explanations of the concepts discussed. I found his pace to be rather quick, but his lecture reflected the questions that we were asked. Highlighting and scenario slides were very helpful.

-gained understanding of when and why a 1099K is issued (3rd party processors) and not issued (merchant processor) I only prepare indiv tax returns, so much of the material was new to me -I like the “no W9, no pay” philosophy -The examples were relevant and standalone -Payments to corporations discussions were interesting but not relevant to my practice. -Mr. Dinesen presented the material in such a way that someone unfamiliar with the topic could understand it.
