The presenter, Jason Dinesen is very engaging and is always very thorough. He doesn’t read word to word from the slides like some other presenters do but uses the slide as a reference point only. He addresses the vulnerable areas that most tax practitioners fail to pay attention to and I believe in his assessment as I have had similar observations. He uses very good examples, which makes his presentation very engaging. However, it is a shame that the live webinars are compromised with technical glitches. The video freezes frequently and the audio keeps breaking. I have logged in from various locations: office, home, library etc. and continue to face similar challenges. This has been my 5th live webinar this year with My-CPE and the technical glitches seem to be consistent. Despite this, a big shout out to Mr Dinesen for his effective presentation.
