This was a stellar presentation and I have become an ardent fan of Jason Dinesen. He is extremely articulate and his presentations are always very insightful and thorough. This presentation touched upon so many nuances that most practitioners lack in-depth knowledge of the tax code. The inclusion of examples and citation of tax court cases, made this presentation extremely interesting. Not only that, the presenter is hands on with all the misleading social media blogs that are concerning and I share his concerns in this matter. Thank you Mr Dinesen for such a wonderful presentation!
