I thought this was a great presentation. Instructor spent a lot of time concerned about "the test," and I don't know the relevance of that. Also, I don't think many of the questions on the CPE test were covered at all, which didn't make it hard as much as not useful. But I will keep these materials because they are good to have for future representation. Good seminar.

Content was good and useful, he kept mentioning 'for the exam, you'll need to know...' and at one point referred to the "Special Enrollment Exam". I didn't take this class to prepare for any exam, I took it to better understand the distinctions and implications of the various entities (which it did) but it went way into the weeds on partnerships and barely covered C-Corps. He has great content and knowledge, I think having a different class not geared toward an exam that focuses on covering all of them, with less words and more tables showing the relationships, commonalities, and distinctions across all of them would be a great course for a lot of folks.
