When it comes to Ethics it is hard to repeat the same information that we learn every year and keep the audience engaged. I felt this presenter did a wonderful job and used fresh examples that kept us informed and engaged at the same time. I liked the tones that the presenter used; not monotone which is extremely important and he had a friendly and upbeat personality. Ethics is important as an Enrolled Agent, however, it is not always the most fun webinar to attend. This one, in particular, I enjoyed!

Very good course. Small recommendation, one of the questions was asking for 2023 figures but the answers were based on 2024 tax tables. It was understood but recommend a quick review of these questions. Was the 1st in years btw reason for letting it slide. It happens even to the best of us.
