I had to take this course twice. But I am very glad I did, because I missed a lot of very good information the first time and I failed my final test. I listened again and grabbed the handouts. Then I was able to understand and get the right answers. This teacher that taught this class was amazing. He kept it short and to the point, while also being able to inject a little humor into the class. I rate him a 10

Ver helpful. Provided up-to-date information re: IRS guidance available TO-DATE on the tax treatment of the PPP loan, & forgiveness. Getting clarity on this topic has been like chasing a moving target! Identified the areas that are still vague/unspecified per IRS. Helps me to have clarity on the current status ... both the "knowns" and the "unknowns".
