Always like the handouts for future reference. Instructor is clear and concise.

Use of the writing tool was distracting. The title of the course was for 2021 but the one place a fine was discussed it was 2020. Some slides had too much writing. Near the end instructor decided what was relevant and there was no time to read the other information as he went forward. Very few examples of what constitutes a violation. The presenter should not have camera on unless he is professionally dressed.
