I am assuming that this was a re-broadcast because some of the material was out of date. Some of the topics that were included were for bills that have no chance of getting passed by Congress which was a waste of time. If the topic was Business Tax Legislative Update, it would have been appropriate to bring that into the class.

This was one of the best courses I have taken in the past year. The instructor was well versed on the subject matter and explained the key points in a very thorough, concise and understandable manner. This was admirable given the complexity of the subject matter.
