I was a little disappointed to find this particular webinar was pre-recorded and focused on the 2019 tax filing year, as it is now January 2021 and we are entering the 2020 filing year. I was hoping for something more up-to-date.

Accessing the platform via an iPad was clunky and hard to navigate. The App would not allow me to log in so I had to use Safari & my-cpe.com. Otherwise, once I did get logged in and the course was accessed, it was a great experience for me.

The content was great for a beginner or novice . . . I probably needed to sign up for more in depth discussion on the topics I am more concerned about.

Chat was valuable because I lost internet for a short time period. I typed in chat what had happened in case I had missed a polling question. They actually responded with the question and I was able to send answer in via chat. Thank you!
