I thought this was a great presentation. Instructor spent a lot of time concerned about "the test," and I don't know the relevance of that. Also, I don't think many of the questions on the CPE test were covered at all, which didn't make it hard as much as not useful. But I will keep these materials because they are good to have for future representation. Good seminar.

This was definitely a more beginner level for this topic, but I found the review helpful and the court cases were interesting. It was well presented and the presenter kept the topic interesting.
