I always look for classes from this presenter. He does a great job of making the materials easy to understand and apply to real-life situations.

My biggest problem is the ongoing problems that seem to occur in getting credit for the course. If I recall, I started taking courses given by you in November 2020 and found your speakers to be excellent. However, I've had three courses (including this one) in which I had trouble getting credit. For one of the courses, I never received credit. I don't know what the problem is, but my frustration level is high. I'm holding on but my patience is running out. I shouldn't have to follow-up on a regular basis without any certainty that I will receive the credit. At least you got back to me quickly on this occasion.
