This was an excellent webinar. Even tho I have done taxes for many, many years I felt I really gained something by listening to it. Thank you.

The instructor was clear and easy to understand but rambled on unnecessarily at times even after stating numerous times that we were way behind schedule and wouldn’t be able to get to all of the material. So, I don’t know what we missed out on. The webinar ended abruptly with no time to answer questions and I had posted questions in the beginning of the event and they were not answered.

There were definitely glitches. The instructor and screen completely disappeared at one point in the session for a bit before they came back on, but the material content is good.
