The overall experience is that I learned a great deal more based on the way it was presented which enabled me to take an excessive amount of notes to refer to, as well as the presentation handout. The presenter who is thoroughly knowledgeable provided an excellent presentation and answered many questions I had in mind that I didn't have to ask. He answered them in the presentation, that's how thorough He is. Thank him for providing his company contact information at the end of the presentation.
