The co-presenters did a great job of interacting with each other and the message boards. I enjoy having two presenters because it can give two different perspectives, as well as confirm when both agree.

I don't like zoom. I have already deleted it from my computer. It is very dangerous for CPA to have interactive software like that on their computers . Otherwise great course. I was expecting the presentation to be live .. it felt like some portions were previously recorded. Which in hind sight is okay.

Technical issue throughout the webinar ruined the experience

I signed up for an eight hour seminar which I completed. Unfortunately, there were major technical problems with the program. The screen at times would freeze and I would have to go out of the program and re-enter the seminar. This was definitely a problem when taking the quizzes/polling questions during the eight hours. I know that I wasn't able to answer some questions because of technical problems. I tried to send the questions. I know your records do not show that. Having worked with Zoom for the last two years on many projects including church services, this problem is not unusual. Allow me to add that I am an enrolled agent based in New York but have been in Phoenix, Arizona to be with my extended family for the holidays. I working off a laptop and not the desk top I have in New York. Life is never simple when you are on the road. Thanks for your help. Despite the technical issues, I found the seminars to be very good.
