Best Damn ethics class I've had so far, I take it every year and have for years. It's all about the teacher, he was clear, related stories, was funny, in that guys defense that pulled the gun on the IRS agent, I feel pretty confident the customer provoked that by driving the tax preparer nuts. THANK YOU! I signed my business partner up for the class for the 25th. :)

My only problem was the lack of how to put this into action. For example, when talking about the $50 fine for not giving the client a copy of the return…actually say, the IRS requires you to present the client a copy of the return at the time of signing. When talking about clients who refuse to pay…so you have to give them back their original documents, but don’t give out or send the return until it has been paid. You don’t work for free!! Just two examples of how to give practical hands on advice with the boring stuff.
