I enjoyed the webinar. I did have questions that were not answered at the end but from what I understand they will be answered via email in the next 48 hours so I like that we did not get bogged down with too many specific questions.

This was a great class! The GM of the store that I work at keeps asking me about getting set up with the ERC. I've told him I didn't think we qualified many times. I now know for sure we do not qualify and have our class to thank for that.
