This was the best information I have gotten about ERC. Everything else was way to confusing.

I felt there was a lot that the presenter said he was going to get back to but really didn't. He also took so much time talking about some things that were common sense, such as related parties and could have spent more time discussing the start-up business credit and how that works when it's part of another business. Additionally, giving more examples on the shutdown provisions would have been helpful.
