Bob McKenzie has over 40 years of human resources management experience. His background includes a wide range of hands-on HR practices including in all aspects of Human Resources. And is a variety of industries in with private sector, public sector and nonprofit employers.
Bob has been cited in a number of Human Resources trade publications. Among them are HR.com, HR Magazine, HR Florida Review, Vault.com, BNA and the Institute of Management and Administration and the Business Journals. He has been a speaker at a number of conferences as well as audio and web-based seminars.
Bob is a graduate of Rider University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree and double majored in Industrial Relations and Organizational Behavior and lives in Brunswick, GA.
Catherine joined Neeyamo, a leading global payroll and employer of record solutions provider, in 2022 as VP of Global Alliances. In this role, she leads the Alliances function to expand the partner network and build out the solution ecosystem to assist organizations in their global growth.
Prior to Neeyamo, Catherine spent five years with Safeguard Global, where she led the Strategic Partner Relations and the Solutions Consulting teams. She has previously worked at firms such as EY, Mercer Consulting, and Fidelity Investments.
Catherine has over 30 years of experience in payroll and human capital and has worked as a practitioner, service provider and consultant. She has lived and worked around the world, is a veteran of two expatriate assignments, and is a published author and frequent speaker on global strategy, service delivery and operations topics. She holds a BA from Temple University and an MBA from Bentley University.
Specialist, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago
Dayna currently is the director of payroll operations at a major medical center in Chicago and has been heavily involved in the payroll field for more than 20 years.
She started as a payroll clerk at a small Tucson company but moved on to be a payroll team leader at Honeywell Inc.
During her time at Honeywell Inc., she obtained her FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) through the American Payroll Association. Dayna has also received several merit awards for customer service and acquisitions, and divestiture.
She also serves on the National American Payroll Association on the national Strategic Leadership Task Force, Government Affairs Task Force (PA Local tax subcommittee), and received a citation of merit for her service along with being a gold pin member of the APA.
Dayna is also a CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) through the APA and certified in HR hiring and firing practices and is a Six-Sigma Greenbelt.
Debbie Cash, CPP is a Manager of TLM Implementation at G&A Partners. G&A Partners acquired Employer Advantage LLC (PEO) in February 2022. Debbie began working for the organization in 2006 as a Payroll Tax Specialist and Time and Attendance Specialist. She was promoted to Time/Labor Manager in 2021.
Debbie earned an Associates Degree in Accounting from MSSU in 1985 and a Bachelors Degree in General Business from MSSU in 2006. She obtained her Certified Payroll Professional Certification in October 2006. She has 30+ years of experience processing payroll and payroll taxes for various different companies and professions.
Debbie worked as a Payroll Specialist at Missouri Southern State University from 1993 to March 2006. She attended the International Tax Conference in Wisconsin in 2005 and specialized in International Tax for Student Visa’s. She also worked for Joplin R-8 School District processing payroll from 1990 to 1993.
Ian has been in the payroll profession for over 30 years, processing payrolls from all sectors, large and small. He moved from hands-on exposure in 2011 to becoming involved in educating the profession. His wide-ranging experience and up-to-date knowledge ensure he is able to impart this information to UK professionals through course material, social media, newsletters, and face-to-face presentations.
However, educating the profession cannot be achieved without knowing how the profession works on a day-to-day basis, and involvement with hands-on administration is essential. So, today, Ian operates as a consultant and advisor and is involved with a vital aspect of the payroll and reward environment, that of working with the software that actually does a lot of the hard work for the profession.
The return to being involved in a hands-on environment has not stopped his desire to inform, educate and train the UK payroll profession. Indeed, this is now better achieved, as he is able to draw on real processing situations.
Ian approaches education and communication very much from the perspective of how this will impact the software, the employer, and the worker. So, whilst the legislation is vital, compliance and effective communication are paramount.
Ian is a Companion of the Institute for Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), a committee member of the British Computer Society (BCS), and a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
Jessie Seaman, Esq & EA, is a licensed Florida attorney and
IRS Enrolled Agent. Jessie brings over ten years of state and federal tax
controversy and representation to Community Tax clients. Prior to joining
Community Tax, she spent over seven years with a leading national tax
resolution firm. She has overseen tens of thousands of tax resolution cases
from the simplest financial privacy plans to the to the most complex business cases
and high-profile celebrity clients.
Jessie is a Florida Native, growing up Boca Raton and moving to
Tampa in 2000 for her undergraduate studies. While attending the University of
South Florida, Jessie studied abroad in Costa Rica and eventually graduated
with a double major: B.A. in Philosophy & B.A. in Political Science. In
2006, she was offered a scholarship from Florida Coastal School of Law in
Jacksonville, FL, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2009. During
law school, Jessie interned with the ACLU, worked at Learn to Read, a local
non-profit advocating for adult literacy, and was chosen by the Florida Coastal
Academic Success Department to mentor incoming students on how to be successful
in law school.
Jessie is a member of the Florida Bar, Tax Section, National
Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), CERCA, and National Tax Practice
Institute Fellowship. She is a leading voice within the tax resolution
community. Most recently she was asked
to teach continuing education courses for the National Association of
Accountancy (NSA) and be a lead Instructor at both national conferences for
NAEA. She has also served as an adjunct professor teaching various courses

A Self-study course is a recorded video (If it’s a recording of a live course you may see polling questions appearing on the screen. You do not need to answer the polling questions and just let the video play). Do not fast forward. If you fast forward, we may not be able to capture your watch time and you may be required to watch it multiple times. In order to avail your credits for the self-study course, you need to answer the review questions correctly and complete the entire video. Once you have done that, the Final Quiz will open up in which you need to score a minimum 70% to qualify for the credit.
