If a licensee expects to miss the CPE requirement, they must petition the board by June 30, pay a $100 fine, and complete the missing hours within 60 days. Repeat offenders may be granted waivers based on hardship, but the board may deny renewal if a licensee fails to meet the annual CPE requirement multiple times. View more
