VIRGIN ISLANDS (VI) CPA CPE REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW
CPE Requirements | 120 hours during the three-year period preceding renewal, with a minimum of 40 hours per year. |
License Renewal Period | Renew your license by 30th June annually. |

The holder of an active CPA certificate must comply with the 120-hour CPE requirement. Virgin Islands Board of Public Accountancy has a mandatory requirement that a Virgin Island (VI) CPA has to attend four hours of CPE in ethics during the three years preceding renewal.
