I learned some strategies that may be employed to detect mistakes made by clients in clients tax returns prior to the IRS and completing corrections before the IRS discovers these mistakes and levy penalties. This can be done be gathering and monitoring transcripts of the clients tax records.

The material provided to use as a guidelines to create an abatement letter is helpful as well as the real world examples or reasoning for denials or approvals.

Content was great, no issues. Had 3 instances where the entire My-CPE One solution crashed in the middle of the presentation - upon refresh, website presented a 500 error that persisted for anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes. Have already provided the details via an email on a similar outage from last week.
