I was expecting more about how to get clients compliant and keep them compliant rather than getting an offer and compromise or installment agreement with the IRS. I was hoping for tricks of the trade to get information from the clients on a timely basis rather than "be patient". I guess we all have this problem and no one has found the holy grail.
