This course was a good introduction to common IRS Rep situations. The instructor did a good job of sharing his experience and case studies. It would be helpful for learning to have a little more structure around the key terms provided and how these are applied. Might suggest adding an additional hour to this course to cover those terms and some practical explanation of them up front. Thank you for this course offering and the interesting presentation of this difficult topic.
