Great on demand course on ethics. Instructor was good at defining ethics and standards necessary in the accounting profession.
MS
Right balance to understand ethics and their importance in our accounting profession. I appreciate myCPE offering this course!
AC
Good course. I enjoy the examples most when working through required ethics courses and was happy to see a few examples in this course.
DI
This was a very thorough and useful ethics course. I certainly appreciate its usefulness and applicability. I look forward to working with myCPE in the future for my professional continuing education needs in the future.
CG
enlightening experience that provided comprehensive insights into ethical standards crucial for professional growth and responsibility. The course materials were well-structured, making self-study engaging and rewarding.

Although, most information was based on US situations, still the knowledge shared is still very applicable to Canada. Presenter was clear, slides were good, use of Football uprights was a good analogy/ way to look at the right vs wrongs

The myCPE user interface is nicely laid out and works well to follow the lesson while also taking notes and referencing additional material. I liked the short quiz and final exam layout as well since it's similar to Becker which I like as well.

The lecture video is informative and well structured. The speaker is well qualified. I did not have enough time to complete the entire video in one time block, I was able to come back to finish where I left off. When I was working on the test review questions, it is quite slow to get to the next question. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience. Thank you!

I thought the teacher kept the education lively, captivating, and fresh. The teacher spoke clearly and explained things in a manner that helped me to see some of the information in a new way. This is difficult since I have to take ethics classes regularly for my CPA certification. My only criticism about the speaker would be to refrain from using any sports metaphors. I know nothing about football and I found these references confusing and unclear. In fact, my disdain for football became a distraction because I had no idea what the reference points were. However, I really appreciated the real life examples, such as the case with Liberty Tax. That was shocking and I felt like I was listening to a true crime show! A note for the speaker and the editor. There was an overabundance of lip-smacking sounds. The instructors should mute themselves when they feel the urge to make that sound; however, ultimately, it is the sound editor who should be removing those noises. Obviously, there has not been a lot of attention made on cleaning up the sound file. This was extremely distracting and sometimes on the edge of gross. Just because I'm listening with headsets and it is just too close for comfort! I would expect better sound from the AICPA.
