The business case studies do make this course more interesting. The presenter discusses the most pertinent information and then provides a business case study to reinforce the discussion.

The inability to print out the questions in advance makes the course more complicated than necessary. We already have to listen to the entire presentation. If concerned people aren't listening - ask polling questions
