Thank you Mr. Spalding for an excellent presentation. I debate why Delaware requires 4 hours of ethics while other states only require 2 hours, but his teaching style (complete with football related goalposts) helped the course along to make it very interesting!

The content leaned toward theoretical rather than practical. Although, I found it interesting, I believe providing a high-level discussion of theory and spending most of the time on practical applications would be more appropriate for CPE. With that said, I certainly appreciated Professor Spalding sharing his extensive and valuable knowledge on ethics.
