Great series to introduce QBOA functionality, every accountant with small business clients using desktop version will benefit from this course and will want to convert them to QBO, no more file exchanges and missed transactions

Alicia did a great job of presenting a lot of information in a relatively short period of time! I am not a regular user of QBA, however, I was able to follow along and have confidence that I will be able to easily set up clients in QBA when the time comes to do so.

This was great. It was well presented. I have clients that hesitate to get started with QBO and commit to the ongoing fees and I have clients that used desktop and don't like that they need to upgrade to new years/versions but the QBO option is worse in their mind. This presented the options well and issues to consider

I found Alicia on YouTube a few months back and was excited to see he was the speaker for this webinar. She always has great insight on how to use QBO effectively and great tips to teach you how to be a power user. I hope he gets to have a part 2 so she gives us more QBO tips and tricks.
