Ashwath Muralidharan is a Real Estate Technologist with over a decade of experience in the Commercial Real Estate space. Currently, he oversees Business Development and Strategy for Nakisa’s Integrated Workplace Management products, with a particular emphasis on Real Estate Portfolio Management. Before joining Nakisa, he dedicated over six years to Ernst & Young, where he spearheaded substantial technology transformation projects for Real Estate, Finance, and Facilities functions at Fortune 1000 companies. His expertise lies in technology strategy, process design, and new product development. He is also a certified Product Manager and has played hands-on roles in developing two innovative enterprise SaaS applications from the ground up.
