It was a different presentation that the instructor of a course about communication wasn't a traditional polished speaker. In some ways it made me pay attention more.

The correct answer to Quiz #1 doesn't make any sense. "In communication and conversation between the coaches and coaches." If it had stated "between coach and the coachee" or "between the coach and employee", that would make better sense.
