I like that it allows busy professionals to take cpe at times that are easier to sit down and take the time to study the material when all of the distractions of working from home and family are present. I feel that this class in particular can help me better lead my team as we are almost exclusively working from home. I believe that understanding different approaches to dealing with the different struggles that everyone has in their own lives, while also trying to work in the same space, is very difficult and that by using different strategies I can help make my team more cohesive and productive.
