overall give it positive rating. it was a good course and good instructor, she is a knowledgeable instructor on the topic. as constructive advice, I would have preferred she used a case study of a specific (typical hypothetical) case to fill out the forms, instead of reading form lines and titles, and showing how schedule feed together with data.
